We ship out orders Monday through Friday, barring any holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Righteous Gaming now offers pre-orders for upcoming Flesh and Blood sets. If any part of your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will not ship until the designated release date of the set. Customer may request a refund prior to shipping and may be subject to a 5% processing surcharge. Righteous Gaming reserves the right to remove accounts that abuse the refund and pre-order system. Refunds on pre-orders will be returned in the form of store credit on the customer's account.

US taxes will be added to your order in accordance with the national tax code. International orders will not have import taxes or local fees attached. The purchaser is responsible for all legal fees established by the destination country. We are legally required to declare the full value of the order for all international shipping. Any additional fees that are added by the shipping service are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once you submit your buylist through our website, we will review the cards you have submitted and make any necessary corrections based on our current inventory, market pricing, or current wants. Our buylist has many automated algorithms that we have set to try and give you the most accurate expectation of value for your cards. We reserve the right to correct pricing to whatever we think is fair for both parties. After you receive your approved buylist, you will need to indicate if you plan to ship your cards to us or deliver them at an upcoming tournament. (Please Note: We will not be responsible for cards that are damaged in transit.) After we receive the cards from your buylist, please allow 3-5 business days for us to review and make sure the contents of your buylist are accurate and in the same condition noted on your initial submission. If everything looks good, we will add the store credit directly to your account or reach out to pay you via paypal.

We as a store do not have a flat percentage rate for credit and cash trade in. As mentioned above, we utilize automated algorithms that reference our current inventory and the market prices in order for us to maintain a diverse and healthy inventory. If you decide you would like to change your payout method, please let us know. We are more than happy to switch those for you, but please be aware your totals will differ based on our varying percentages for cash vs. credit.

If cards are submitted through our buylist, they are assumed to be authentic. Cards that are found to be fake, or altered will not qualify for any compensation and they will not be returned. An explanation of the situation will be provided.

Righteous Gaming does not accept returns or refunds except for errors made by the Righteous Gaming team in fulfilling orders. If you find that your order is wrong or cards were damaged, please document your order upon discovery of said issues with pictures then contact us directly: righteousgaming777@gmail.com If it is determined that Righteous Gaming was at fault for a mispacked order, we will do everything in our power to correct our mistakes at no cost extra costs to you.
